Lumpty Bumpty

Lumpty Bumpty

There once was an egg called humpty

He was fat and round and dumpty

Then one day he fell

And shattered his shell

And now he’s a chicken called lumpty

Hi My Poet Friend, after the judging was complete for my contest, I decided to search for your poem (to see who wrote it) so I could tell you personally that I really appreciated you for supporting my contest. I feel sad when I have to leave poems out...and really sad when I find out that it was someone whose work I enjoy reading. Picking winners is VERY DIFFICULT! Lovingly, Dane Ann

Well, you got in a new rhyme for Humpty Dumpty with this one, cute one turning him into a hatched chicken! Thanks for seeing my sonnet tonight (I got 3rd place in an international sonnet contest with that one, Margaret, so it's one I am especially proud of) LUv ya,Andrea
