Love's Melody in Poetic Verse
I have loved you beyond desire
and have danced on the wings of your heart
like a warm passionate wind
I've felt the breath of your soul
from our kisses
and have poured my heart's tears
onto the blooming petals of your love
I found wonder in the depths of your eyes
and saw a passion's flame within
it led me to the fortress of your heart
where the gate was open
and the wellspring of your love
quenched the thirst of my yearning
you are my love, you are my treasure
you are the dream I dreamt of
like a beautiful sensual sunset
that leaves me in a breathless state of awe
hold me love, take my love
caress my trembling heart tenderly
lead me through amorous captivating nights
where I can leave this world
and journey with you to the boundaries
of our souls
wrapped in comfort, washed by our fervor
covered in glittering glows of ardor
that will take us to the dawn of our tomorrows
