Love Sweet Love

On the bedside table stood a vase Lined with lavender flowers at the base She lay ed in a satin gown trimmed with lace Tears flowing down her face pondering suicide to leave this place Finding herself in another's embrace Never to bare her own disgrace For her true love she must face Knowing his pain she can never erase Pictures in the album each one a love they show A fancy laced box filled with ribbons and bows Love sweet love how could she know Her head in her hands the tears flow Finding of her deceit he had to go Knowing forever she will love him so
