Love Plea
My love, a lost lone sparrow,
Has built its nest in your heart;
This, like bone and the marrow,
Yearns, in you, to be a part!
Like a weak vine with its plant,
It does with you get entwined;
Like poppy on a field grand,
Grows; glows; graces gaily gained!
Does any tree chase away,
Black beetle that lives in it;
Don't the green leaves help it stay,
With them, warm and closely-knit!
Let your heart - like rare rainbow,
Embrace this color black too;
No funks of the ethnic foe,
Let our holy union woe…
