Love Lessons From Lorna

I read the tale of Lorna Doone
And to my heart it was a boon
Such steadfast love makes me to swoon
But YOUR love ends too soon, too soon….

To trust that love does persevere
And conquers every ghastly fear
To h'ven itself it draws one near
But YOUR love brings a tear, a tear

Me thinks such love cannot be real
Though oft its burning I do feel
My tiny heart with it does reel
But YOUR love has no zeal, no zeal

Dear John and Lorna faced their foes
Their story with great beauty glows
And heaven only such love knows
But MY love for you just grows….
                              	      It shows……
		 		               It flows……
Yes, my love for you just flows.
