Love Has Found a House

She is more than beauty,
More than words upon the page.
She means so much to me;
I've been given saving grace.
She is more than curves,
Not just a pretty face,
Someone I don't deserve;
I've been given saving grace.
I could cast my cares,
Into every here and there,
Trying to find a love,
And a dame,
That may seem fair.
How could I explain,
By my written words alone,
When emotion clearly speaks,
That I want her as my own.
I feel like I've been spared,
From a violent surging storm,
And love has found a house,
That it finally,
Calls home.

Well said, JT.. Very poetic...and positive! I think, when love is home (a home), it is a permanent fixture--the owner knowing it was made from the ground-up. Great read! Thank you.
