Love Found

As soon as I had given up on ever finding love
Convinced that a match for me was ne’er to be found
It was then that I was smiled upon by Cupid from up above
So hard was I struck in the heart, it felled me to the ground

The desperation with which I searched left and set me free

Released from the bondage of despair, love was able to find me
