Love a Slug Today
Slugs have feelings you know,
sure we are slimy and so
slippery and other stuff.
Go to the park and find
your self a good size slug,
take him home,
make it your little pet.
Watch us hide under rocks,
we even climb trees,
but be careful of frogs,
ducks and blackbirds,
they love to eat slugs.
September is love
a slug month,
so be sure to
love one and
give it a big
hug, but just be,
careful you don't
squeeze it to death,
loving slugs makes
humans feel good,
it will make your day,
remember love a slug
today and tomorrow
you will feel good
about your self.
