Lost In Your Kiss
It was a rainy,Spring , Chicago night.
Being with you was always so very right.
We sat in love, on the sapphire armchair.
Being in your presence, was beyond compare.
We were reading ee Cummings, we both so admired..
The rainy street, hummed the melodic sound of wet tires.
We both had dreams of moving one day to Israel.
Of its cities and magnificence, we were under her spell
I still am lost in the crimson, magnificence of your kiss.
And my days with you on earth, I shell forever miss!
For the Almighty King, decided to take you to His home,
And now, I am on earth, lost in your kiss, forever to roam!
“” In loving memory of Y.W.K””
