Parable of the Lost Sheep | Gospel Insights | Torah Portions

I'm standing on the grasslands surrounded by trees I'm looking for my Father Shepherd I am lost amongst the leaves Wandering aimlessly My mind is frozen my heart pounds, crazy I'm lost I cried aloud to the winds carry my voice Wandering aimlessly Why did I remove myself from the other children Why did I wander off the straight and narrow path Eyes wide open in the light but yet I fell into the dark Walking aimlessly I'm lost but then the grasses in the trees of this life's park Lit lighted days alone in earthern dark lost Abundantly I see nothing but the trees aimlessly I stare Earnestly I glare where has my Father gone Yeah! I realized I'm here alone I hear whisper or faint voice (child be not afraid ! You're not alone and Why have you gone?) It tells me His voice son you're not lost it was your choice You let go of my hand And here you stand In your mind you are alone LOST I wandered away from my Shepherd Father LOST I am wandering away from my Shepherd Father LOST I wandered away from my Shepherd Father LOST I wandered away from my Shepherd Father But open up your spirit's heart yeah that part Now you realize that I have been here all along Child I am your Shepherd father God that I never leave you alone Ford is high your shipping father God it was you who have wandered off from me alone So now we together holding hands In a new dance, new praise we sing We are walking hand in hand together on this earthern valley trails In my following of Jesus we walk with the Shepherd Father no longer lost in this worlds trails
