Lord God, You Are My Supreme Hedge

Key Verse – Ezekiel 13:5 Ye have not gone up into the gaps, neither made up the hedge for the house of Israel to stand in the battle in the day of the LORD.
LORD GOD, YOU ARE MY SUPREME HEDGE
Lord God, You are my supreme Hedge,
enclosing me from fatal vanity
Thank You for letting me enter into Your truths of peaceful certainty
So that I won’t follow lying divination’s falsity…
But to stand upon Your foundation’s accomplishment-authority.
Lord God, You are my supreme Hedge,
embracing me with Your prosperous visions
Thank You for bracing me up to trust Your hands of deliverance and instructions
So that I won’t follow lying divination’s falsity…
But to stand upon Your foundation’s accomplishment-authority.
Lord God, You are my supreme Hedge, empowering me through Your Word
Thank You for driving me away from abominations’ polluting cord
So that I won’t set up idols in my heart’s ford…
But to cling to Your righteousness’ protective sword.
Lord God, You are my supreme Hedge,
enabling me by Your lovingkindness
Thank You for guarding me from worldliness’ destructiveness
So that I won’t live driven by flesh-led carnal covetousness…
But to experience Your satisfaction for contentment’s joyfulness.
Lord God, You are my supreme Hedge,
examining me with Your judgment
Thank You for helping me meet Your standards for service-requirement
So that I won’t stay fruitless, devoid of Scriptural commitment…
But to work for Your glory, fired up toward heavenly achievement.
Lord God, You are my supreme Hedge,
entrusting to me Your compassion’s ministry
Thank You for clothing me and decking myself with Your humility’s jewelry
So that I won’t increase and wax great in selfish glory…
But to radiate the beauty of Your holiness along righteousness-victory.
Lord God, You are my supreme Hedge,
encompassing me around Your quiet rest
Thank You for welcoming me within Your perfect will’s blessed best
So that I won’t walk after corrupt ways and their evil pest…
But to receive Your blessing along triumphant test.
