Long Before a Passing Storm

When the eyes on the sun blink
The world gets warm
Till night-time when the eyes of the moon wink
When the eyes on the sun blink
Rain showers come for "Life" to drink
Flowers in the meadows form
When the eyes on the sun blink
Long before a passing storm

Dear Charlie, I adore the expressive personification of your beautiful poem. Nature dances within the rhythm of your verse with soulful ease. A splendid piece, my dear friend. Warmest wishes.. ~Susan

Charlie, your Triolet conjures such beautiful and clear imagery, especially I like "for life to drink" Good Luck!!!
