Lonely Moon
Lay down upon this green bed
Gaze upon the brilliant orb
Rest your head
Free your soul to loneliness
As it ponders down at you
The guiding, shimmering beam
Shepherd to those who travel
In the loneliness of its hours
In the blanket of abyss
There it radiates
The pure allure
Of its loneliness
The stars that accompany it
Glimmer as its tears
Testament of the sorrow
The oppressed burden of loneliness
Grant me privilege to gaze
To rejoice in your radiance
To share the dark blanket above
Entwine in your loneliness
My dear lonely moon
