Loneliness, That Was Love I Expressed

The waves faint sounds Light cheerfully bounds Bubbles meant to die on foreign lands Odor of an old book Hearing the clock tick The cloudy eyes blink Blowing the candle out Smoke trails dissipate In the darkness, pupils dilate Emptiness, I was trapped in Joy was converted into an illusion Self-existence was forced to remain By others, I was coldly accepted While being warmly refused Loneliness, that was love I expressed
