A night endows in poetic lull of waxing moon A nightingale tunes in cool of summer June Flickering good-bye in midst of shrubs' shadow, Fireflies scramble off filling open-air jaunt tow Through scarlet gauzy of light and odor of myrrh One lone firefly gracefulness, a beacon of glamour upon steeple leaf as it appears in utter darkness Each blink of light adrift then gone in the blackness 8/25/2021

Superb writing in fine imagery and lovely rhyme, but most of all I loved the flow of it from "A night...to...gone in the blackness." Beautiful job, Eve.
