Anne-Lise, such is nature in the wild...you describe it well. I would hope we're wise enough to leave as pristine the tract like this that you describe. Smiles!

- In very special cases during the winter months, eagles can take deer and smaller reindeer, up to approx. 40 kg, Andrea :) - hugs

Hi Anne, raptors fly low when they see a prey. They attack chicks and small rodents. The jungle law is 'might is right'. Well penned with a beautiful image. Love and hugs.

Nature can be cruel at times but then again every creature has to eat to survive.. Enjoy the weekend Anne Lise. Tom

So true that nature can be both cruel and kind. A beautiful poem and picture. :) hugs
