I suspect you may be Irish and, since you read my limerick, you will understand I'm a bit unsure about being on your page. Are you wearing a newsboy cap? ~~ I can't recall Cinqku's form, or if I've written one, but I know yours first sums up a reality, we all get closer to dying the moment we are born, and second soothes one with unshakeable surety which, to me, comes from faith. From you, it might stem from other. A wee bit of a thorough quick grab is your Cinqku! CayCay

I am part Irish-like most Americans am a mutt. Been to Ireland thrice. I do own several newsboy style hats. I like the design and feel and look. I play-badly I might add-and sing Irish songs. Any way my faith has made the last line of my poem not afraid possible. Cinqku is 5 lines syllable count per line: 2,3,4,6,2 Thanks for reading CayCay

Time sure does quicken as we get older. What is the point of being afraid; no need to fear when Jesus is your choice!

No, it is not. But thanks for the blessing Karen. I appreciate that. I wrote it because I know people who are. Also, only God knows when we will die no matter what age we are. In reality I hope I am not near the end but I know He has this so when it does happen I am ready. Thanks again. Sorry to create a false impression.
