Like I do
If you could see you like I do
you'd see such beauty and grace
you'd see a beautiful face
a soul that's pure and true
you'd love to be someone like you
a woman who's grown into herself
who tells it like it is
not holding back you let it out
and of your inner strenth you have no doubt
you survive alone and need no one
your making your own way under the sun
your brave and fearless
your wise and young
not to mention very intelligent
and so much fun
you can stand up beside anyone
with nothing to prove
to no one but you
your fearse and eager to do anything
your heart or mind tell you to
your my beautiful baby girl
and I'm so proud your mine
especially when you look at me and your
hazel eyes shine and your lovely hearts aglow
I feel more love than you could ever know
you've grown into more than I expected of you
I just wish you could see you like I do
