Lightswitch

Numbness, where's my face metal, is that the taste head hurting stomach churning Darkness, where have I gone I hear voices that I can't see I want to scream, but cannot speak Who turned the lightswitch off Drifting deeper into the abyss I try to picture those I will miss but it is too dark to see What's this happening to me Lightswitch turns on terrible fear at what I see I don't seem to know anyone yet they all know me Freezing cold and all confused way too tired to even move I'll just lay here for now and wait for the lightswitch to go off again (my description of my seizures)

This is very intriguing, TuLisha. At first I thought you might have been describing the transition from life to death. Very sorry to hear you have seizures. They certainly don't prevent you from writing great poetry. Thank you for sharing. Love, Carolyn
