Notes About The Poem
Written after a very strong storm which was powered with wind, thunder, and lightning..

Sara

Lightning Flashed Heated Air

Lightning flashed heated air nitrogen bring
Desired raindrops free the earth from love's dust
Raining upon the dry earth unjust, just
It is only a very tiny thing

But when the clouds roll away birds will sing
On God the provider they place their trust
Even when man from his store throws small crust
Today the heavens with jubilation did ring

While the lightning flashed man did find rest
Tucked away in house, car, or barn over there
Out of sight where no one could see
In the hot argument of clouds man confessed

God I have sinned before you; please forgive me
Then be finished with this sordid affair
