Light Vs Dark

Light and dark are only
contrasts for those overly
pinned to eyes – like a 
donkey tail, stuck at the thighs, 

a backside its entire existence

Sun may daily rise though 
a cold heart would never know 
warmth of new dimension 
each dawn blessedly unfolds – 

let us not
confound evil with darkness

Godliness restricted not to light -- 

at our human best we are elements 
dim and bright,  

as much our stars 
let us shine the great void
between…meet your other halfway

fear and lack of empathy

man’s glaring unclean --

Real evil is lack of empathy and kindness, the inability to see the brightness, each day allows. Very philsophical dear Joe ! Silent One Date: 9/17/2023 11:26:00 AM Great poem my friend.. there are too many with hate in their hearts and serious lack of empathy.. cowards to be honest, I call them cowards and the lowest form of humanity... if we cant be human and co-exist and live with each other in harmony, then at least be silent about it... its not just about being religious, its about having morals and principles... so much discrimination and opression in this world.. its sad. We are one within the body of God. Creation was created out of Himself. He is everything, time, space and substance. No place outside of Him (He is the Outside and In) to go for parts.
