Time goes by my heart goes out to you since you are gone seems like every things gotten so blue when someone mentions your name I turn and walk away Life’s gotten so hard I promised you I would fight all the way through be strong for me and all that is left of you In the beginning they said you had a chance you had so much fight so I was confused never thought something like this could ever happen to you I was wrong it got tough seeing you like this got so rough All the pictures of you seem to fade your light was so bright but has gotten so gray The medicine seem to only make it worse break you down it got so hard for me to even come around it hurt so bad to see it so clear the hurt and pain that drew so near Night after night we stayed awake reminiscing about time I had taken for sake Body shaking Heart to weak its hard to look at you even harder to speak Days go by weeks then years the angel of death wipes away your tears Puts it all to an end I look back now and then wish there was something to bring you back make my dreams come true escape all of that that has brought my life crashing through Which took me away from you so time goes by my heart goes out to you since you are gone I’ll never stop missing you.
