Life, Love, and Verses Born of True Poetic Heart

Life, Love, And Verses Born Of True Poetic Heart Waken to Life, its joys that bring truest living amidst this world and its pitiless deceiving, Ample the blessings cast forth by divine givings true is the gratitude in grateful receiving. Watch each dawn, as in resplendent glory its rises. As Life gives Love, Mystery and other Surprises. Be still and allow kind hearts to wonders bestow as golden prizes to those in direst of need, Pure as gleaming whites in blankets of heavy snow as counterweights to human graft and its greed. Watch each dawn, as in resplendent glory its rises. As Life gives Love, Mystery and other Surprises. Fear not, that such goodness will by evil be slain for the Light by wicked blade shall not perish, Sweetest treasures by blackest of deeds no man gains that which in Love and Harmony we most cherish. Watch each dawn, as in resplendent glory its rises. As Life gives Love, Mystery and other Surprises. As morn's radiant glows, entreats our admiration we with courageous hearts, our verses compose, Deep symbols, well thrown benevolent salutation oft as supple in colors, as is Love's red rose. Watch each dawn, as in resplendent glory its rises. As Life gives Love, Mystery and other Surprises. As fleeing sun with soft red hues in honor gifts may we in our humbleness, this pleasure feel, creation gave us our souls, that Life oft uplifts and in dawn's brilliant glows, rays that heal. Watch each dawn, as in resplendent glory its rises. As life gives Love, Mystery and other Surprises. Robert J. Lindley Rhyme, began on June 9th, 1983, finished today, October 3rd, 2019 thirty-six years in the making. Now I am hoping to be able to finish about 120 other unfinished pieces from decades ago.

Monorhymes in the first quatrain sound like bells, calling for awakening. Ding-ding, do you hear, guys? I bet the poet did it on purpose because the poem has different structure thereafter. It's amazing! Especially since awakening is the main theme of the poem.

Breaking rules should be a part of any poet's routine. Imagine if throughout history every poet followed strictly every rule , dotted every (i) and crossed every (t). Notice the 6th verse, As Life gives Love, Mystery and other *Surprises*. You my friend were sharp to see my change up was in tune with this important verse, *Surprises*, capitalized and Key to what I feel life has been about and how it has so affected me. As I never thought to live past thirty when young, now have made 65 and still going. God bless...
