Life Is What You Make It
Life is what you make it
You'd rather dress it up, I'd rather let them see me naked
I'd rather find my own chances, you focus on the ones you wasted
Life is what you make it
I've Got more than I came with
Which was nothing, but I won't change it
I walk in the rain, you moan when the rain drips
I walk through the fire, you cower when the flames lit
You fall victim to your burning rage
I'll be here when the smoke clears
You turn the page
I read every word that's wrote here
Love is Stevie wonder
It's blind, I'll get over every girl none will leave me under
You're the type to call 5 seconds after you receive the number
When I give my food for thought, I make sure I feed your hunger
The fact we can break the heart of a good father's, Daughter is cold
But I believe every young man needs to mess up with his dream girl in order to grow
I became a stand up guy from all the times I fell down
Learned to let go of all regret, because regret only tortures your soul
Life is what you make it, you can dream it, or you'll live it
There's a big difference, between who seen it and who did it
It's your life so live it your own way
One last bit of wisdom, you can't have a new beginning by thinking about an old day
Life is what you make it
You'd rather dress it up, I'd rather let them see me naked
I'd rather find my own chances, you focus on the ones you wasted
Life is what you make it
