Life is sometimes hard

Living in a crowd felt as a canoe rowing 
In waters of either ripples or waves surging 
Numerous things alter them calm or roar 
Giving frights or delights to the rower

Making one tired of the uncertainties 
With which struggling to decide helplessly
Both surrendering and holding mingles in mind 
A situation sinks one's delights inside sand

Life at these times makes one feel arduous 
Even worse than being sick or being poor
None of them bully one's peaceful soul and mind 
But the unsettling relationships compel maniacal
