Life is a dream
We are in a simulation
wherein we seek liberation
in this life by us created
so we must suffer as fated,
because with memory erased,
we drift rudderless as though dazed,
although in truth we’re always free,
when unshackled from our mind tree,
thus silence path of our release,
requiring all desires to cease,
which is easy yet difficult,
if ego-worship be our cult.
Let us pause to ask, ‘who am I’,
in silence watching ego die,
a veil covering our soul’s light,
made in God’s image, shining bright.
