Liberty
Once a shadow on a wall
dreams to weak to call
wishing with a fleeting spark
sitting silently between light and dark
with tides that pulled and storms that raged
I shed skin where we were new
from fragile forms to something new
we rose like the sun from a midnight blue
When no fear remains
I dance above on Earth's refrain
