Smile, a Limerick written in it true form, is near always humorous, while sometime it can also make a serious point. Also it can be metaphoric, like this one of yours. You could very well be talking about a person and not a parrot at all. Lol. Agape, Moses

Ha ha, thank you James, I love it and so would Lewis. I'd better not tell him he's been immortalised in words, he'd be unbearable. He is a darling though, and your limerick is pretty accurate. Do you have a poem about Digger? ~ Sharon :)
