Letter K

I am a "K" in life's alphabet soup.
I can be hard or soft,
Or playful like little kids in the park,
Flying their kites aloft.

Kings and kingdoms are under my rule,
Chivalrous knights come from me,
Bringing adventure and romance to light,
In kaleidoscopic esprit.

Kisses soft and sweet are mine,
To kindle flames of passion.
Kindness is my very essence,
Given without ration.

A kindred spirit am I with those,
Who knit words into art.
A kinship of the heart and soul,
That won't soon come apart.

wow. I love how you took other things beginning with K and wove them into your poem. this is a marvelous entry, with more imagery than my entry used, so I think yours is a sure winner (but not so sure of mine. haha) I liked that hard and soft K line. K is also not heard at all in words like knowledge! GREAT idea to put into the poem.
