Lets Pretend
let's pretend
lets pretend the world is perfect
then where would we be
would it all be like you
or would it be more like me,
would it all be suit and tie
or dress in t's and jeans
maybe we all would be practical
but imagine if we all believed in dreams,
let's pretend to understand each other
walk a while in my shoes
that this life doesnt have it's consequences
and living doesnt have it's dues.
