Keep
this heart,
cleanse this mind,
fill it with joy...
Thus, my soul shall rejoice forevermore

Adell, Congratulations on your win as well! This is beautiful. Your kind words are greatly appreciated. I have had MS 11 years now and I'm 47 yrs old. Trust me...there are good days and bad days and you have to make the best of each of them. You must laugh or else you'd cry.
