Let The Heart Speak
Let the heart speak!
knowing its mind and own
place,
knowing its opulent space --
knowing our lies and truths,
the shallow or depth
of window-eyes, the soul that records
our breaks and ties...
the heart, a poet’s lexicon
our lyric!~ whether triumphs or sighs --
let the heart speak,
sorrow also at times
a welcomed source -- all poetry!
though not settling well
to the poet, no ink
more
when
dry his hell --
feelings his life
and demise
from God’s all
the poet prospers, fails yet tries
even in death, the prize
Romantically dies! --
