Let me peel pomegranate for you forever

I want to love you, untill my heart stops pumping, until my hands tremble but still find the strength to peel a pomegranate just for you. I want to love you until the last of my teeth stands defiant against time, until my eyes grow dim yet still search for you in every fading light. I want to love you until my voice, though frail, never tires of whispering I love you into your ears, even when yours no longer hear. I want to love you until our evening walks turn into slow, lingering steps, where every shared silence speaks louder than words. I want to love you until my last meal is tasted with you beside me, And when the time comes, when they lay mee down and the flames rise, let them carry my love with them, not as ashes, but as an unending whisper in the wind forever yours.
