Let It Go

Let it go,
leaving the past behind you,
releasing all the pains that surround you.

Let it go,
let the feelings you feel melt away,
turning your head to a brighter day.

Let it go,
you can't change what happened,
why live with the hurt and sadness?

Let it go,
in the end you'll be free,
you'll find out who you're meant to be.

Let it go, 
 keep reaching for all you are,
shining like a star.
