Lest We Forget
this land
this peace
this freedom
so easily
taken for granted
earlier past generations
have paid the price
so please
let's never forget
let’s you and me
make a date of it
at least every
remembrance day
to pay tribute
to those who gave
that ultimate sacrifice
so we may live in peace
