Lending a hand

Lending a hand, we fell behind 
Making way for the weak
No longer trapped in ego’s bind
There’s nothing now we seek

God’s light glows in each heart
Gentling touch, a learnt art
All are one, none apart

We took a stand 
Lending a hand
