LEAD-OUR-SHIP Every sect is a ship that calls for a leader when ship hits the waves, storms beat harder, rivalrous with the sea & storms of life. Being a man in the ship is not enough. We all require and ask for a hand to grip when direction seem to be our hardship, company calls-on captain: "lead-our-ship." Great ability is required to lead your company even when the seastorm acts grumpy. With wisdom, a leader has companionship, and with every gusto, lead-our-ship. Leadership is an attitude not a position, overseeing your commission without forced submission. This is the emblem of true leadership. Leading this ship isn't as a Lion lead a Sheep. You don't necessarily lead with affluence but with strong influence and reference. Irrespective of who you are or your level, You can lead from the bottom or the middle, You can lead from topmost or anywhere. Leadership eradicates low-esteem or fear, It's no status but a mindset to endear, like a woman every man refer to as spec. Your wife can be your boss at work, earning higher than your low income, yet you take charge & lead-her at home, because that's where it matters most. Leading is making impact cos action is a toast.
