Blushed rose shaking hands with hues of cerulean, bluish sighs in pinkish alibis, softly whispering to the lilacs, gently blowing, through the winds of amethyst, a vision of majestic promises, poetry on the lingering feelings of a light, poured out on the soul who can see past yesterday, into tomorrow’s plum, rose-tinted tendrils, graceful, surrendering to the seas, drifting out to believe, intimate waves, soothing as the maze, the mystery breaking from violet, beautiful – peace rainbows music, reflecting the creativity, brought to life on the blessing, glistening affections in deep wine, surrendering to the melancholic fires, passions blazing, elaborate and lazy, abundant shadows who erase, the hesitation of blue gazes, while sighing through the lasting lavender, sweet like the embrace of a musician’s acapella blessed by hasty hopes, dreams, survive the past and reach through, luxurious, like the foam from seas caressing sandy shores, alive and breathing, touching the soul with liquid faith, amazing as grace, beckoning like the praise, poured out on those who know the blue-red sigh, lavender’s insight into the night, lavender is a blessing who thrives and decides, who is silence and who is wind, who is the beautiful in the whisper of a pen, writing words meant only to suspend, the wonderful, the moment, the blend of trembling verse, on the edges of a rhythmic promise, lavender kisses in lavender chances, healing windswept as the magic of an imaginative candle.

Amazing imagery, Gina, your poem was a joy to read. Your abundant use off enhanced colors makes your poetry like art. I enjoyed reading your poetry today. Write On, my friend! The picture you chose for this poem was inspiring by itself. :-) Smiles ~ Blessings Bill

Don't know how I missed this lovely poem yesterday. Your poem was compelling and engaging. I absolutely loved it, a tribute in some regards to lavender. Beautiful imagery in every line. I especially liked: touching the soul with liquid faith, amazing as grace, beckoning like the praise, poured out on those who know the blue-red sigh, lavender’s insight into the night... I'll never think of lavender in the same way again...which is a good thing. Have a blessed evening, hugs, Sara
