Humour is the salve of life
Humour is a light in the darkness 

Laugh every day
Wash your cares away
Laugh every day
Make your world okay
Laugh every day
At the smallest thing
Joy into your life it will bring
Laugh every day
No matter what life brings
Your heart will sing
Laugh every day
The clouds will lift
Laugh every day
You shall never be cast adrift
Laugh every day
Your puppy will make you laugh
Laugh every day
Someone will make you laugh
Laugh every day
Something will make you laugh
Laugh every day
Read something funny
Laugh every day
Watch something funny
Laugh every day 
you don't need money
Laugh every day 
If you look you will find something funny
Laugh every day
If you listen you will find something funny
Laugh every day
Your life will always be sunny
Laugh every day
Gloom will not consume you
Laugh every day 
Especially when it is hardest and you need it most
Laugh every day 
The darkest days are when you need it most
Laugh every day
Joy will bloom
