In the dark
Beetle beautiful, Lampyridae, Coleoptera
So inviting you're blinking in my eye...
Fire fly <jelsr>

Lampyridae FIREFLY It's the dawn of night And I see you flash So bright, so bright Beetle beautiful, Lampyridae, Coleoptera I see you with my eyes Abdomen flashing and shining So inviting you're blinking in my eye Fire fly It's in the dark Yet flying in the skies Fittering through the yards and parks Bottoms flashing so Can see them in the dark Beetle beautiful, Lampyridae, Coleoptera So inviting you're blinking in my eye Fire fly 3/22/18 Written words by James Edward Lee Sr.©2018 from anthology “ Seasons of Praise Paradise Garden”
