What a lovely goddess is La Luna. With the wiles  of a woman, she changes again and again, yet she continues to rule the nights steadfastly. Like oceans' tides. we beneath night skies feel pulled by her mysteriously. You beguile us, La Luna. How many artists have you inspired? How many lovers have been seduced beneath your gaze? Poets evermore will praise  your glowing grace.

Lovely and mysterious one this is. It's been a long while since I've been here, I'm trying to stir my mind and my pen(er, fingers ) to write again, to let myself be inspired again, as your poem does.

Awwn, this is such a magical anacreontic verse poem, inspired by the glorious Luna, who is truly one of my topmost favorite elements and I mention it in my poems almost all the time.. :) well, moon is really so mystical and its aura is truly compelling. You've described about its greatness and splendor in such a beautiful way here.. Ah, I'm mesmerized! I adore La Luna and therefore, I adore this poem too, a Fav :)

In short order you captured the main influences of the moon. That's not a small feat and done much better than an astronomy major. I confess I had to look up anacreontic so you have increased my vocabulary and made me a better crossword puzzle solver! Funny that he was Greek. Thank you for your comment and I do get what you said.
