White coral in the sleepy lagoon Peeps its head above the water In the mid day afternoon. Sand as white as snow As it meets the waters edge, Our hearts are filled with joy As our wedding vows we pledge. For in this lovely little chapel That over looks the sea Our hearts are joined together For all eternity. © Connie Marcum Wong Poem of the day on May 12, 2016 Note: Ko 'Olina means 'Place of Joy' in Hawaiian My daughter-in-law's twin sister was married here. She lives in Japan.

They say (Whoever "they" are) that simplicity is best. This beautiful little poem endorses that contention. It truly is so simple...And yet quite so simply charming! Wonderful, Connie...Really wonderful! My very best regards, as always, and my warmest wishes. :) john. P.s An obvious seven plus!

As you can see, it is as I describe it. It is a place of joy, and when you get to see a bride and groom having their photos taken on the beach it is a vision to remember! Thank you Paul. ; )
