Knowing It All

"No need for beliefs, he said
It's just humans seeking reasons.
Hoping there is more to life
Than just nature and the seasons."

"Now we know it all
We worked it out on charts,
Existence is just random
And we know how it starts."

"It was the big bang you see,
From this we were created.
Any other opinion is just wrong,
Old fashioned, and outdated."

But there was nothing there,
No gravity, time or space.
Not an atom, nor a molecule
Yet produced the human race.

"Show me the proof" I asked,
He said "it's the only explanation,
It's an educated theory,
That explains all of creation"

"We cracked the code, we know it all,
'Our theories all equate"
I wondered, what's he going to say,
When he's at the pearly gates.

Interesting Gary. Yes, I wonder what he would say at the end.
