Knowing
A modern fairy tale:
Knowing thus
A harmony
Of mystic soul
And physical body
In the emergent mind --
A certain mindfulness
Of the wholesome self
In the ever changing cosmos.
Self-realisation
Is the key
To living
A simple
And meaningful
Life journey
Of conscious awareness.
Happiness is
In the journey quest,
Arrival prompts departure,
Ending ushers beginning...
Self-help is about
Knowing yourself
Feeling moves acting,
Thinking needs feeling
Fool, sage or clueless:
All are part of the whole
Knowing starts
From ignorance
