Kisses From the Rose
Oh gentle flower, the rose, with petals red,
A symbol of love and passion, it’s said.
Your gentle kiss, so sweet and delicate,
Brings forth emotions, so passionate.
With each caress, a message is conveyed,
A promise of love, in bloom and unafraid.
A symbol of hope, in life’s endless strife,
A beauty that will continue through all life.
Thy thorns, a reminder of love’s sharp pain,
The price that must be paid, to love again.
Yet still we seek your gentle embrace,
For in thy kiss, we find a special grace.
Oh sweet and lovely rose, we do implore,
To grant us more of thy love forevermore.
