Hello Jan … this darn covid has stolen so much tradition so we can only hope it can be beaten quickly. A limerick for the times sadly Jan - Lindsay

No mistletoe or kisses to glow, throwing a kiss will have to do..

Jan, Could or can be both a good and a bad thing . Bad for loved one's but lucky for the one's who this year won't have to be slobbered all over by creepy lecherous family members no one likes who pitch up despite never actually being invited in the 1st place

Never a truer word said Jan Christmas dinner is technically nothing more than any given sunday roast with turkey and brussel sprouts . No holiday should be or is a valid excuse to do what you could do any of the other 365 day of the year. Happy holidays Jan to you and yours hope you enjoy it

lol Chris, we are lucky its just the 3 of us at Christmas we do what we want to when we want to and aren't beholden to any relatives, mum used to come from the care home but she is too frail now for me to be able to deal with her needs as the home won't allow me to bring the special toilet seat she has. anyway they can entertain her far better than we can and she loves it in the home:-) hugs jan xx we just treat Christmas as a roast dinner with a box of crackers we do not go crazy with food :-) hope you have a great day

I guess there's no point in snipping a sprig since corona insists on being such a prig. No smooches!!! Humorous though sadly true.

Thanks Jenna, who would have thought Christmas 2020 would have families torn apart by this virus:-( hugs jan xx

This Christmas there's no partying inside, We have to obey the rules they’ve applied. As for romantics, Do not take chances, Lovers remember, it's covid outside.

I had not thought of that, so well done! I hope the vaccine works as it will take men a long time to develop a 6-feet extension! Aloha! Rico

Splendid limerick, Jan! Fiddle-Faddle, the mistletoe and much more will be missing this year. Even as you have to forego the kissing, you all have a Merry Olde Christmas! Bob

Lol many kids will be happy that they haven't got to kiss bearded granny, hope people are sensible but I fear the worst, lost count of the amount of get togethers the police have had to break up. Tom
