Keep it foamy! A good beer pour should include one-half to an inch of foam. This not only looks good but can add a subtle creaminess. ~former mixologist. Lol, BOL!

Heard of "The Hummer" ice cream drink, cocktail. 3-5 ice cubes 1½ ounces of light rum Bacardi 1½ ounces Kahlúa coffee-2 scoops vanilla ice cream half-and-half with a few drops of vanilla! Walla

A mixologist Sounds good to me Anaya, never skimp on the main ingredients either, methinks this Andy guy in my poem is a dodgy character, maybe Mandy seen him sprinkle some Voodoo dust on the foam! all sorts of connotations go on in Limerick land, cheers David
