The inscription on Immanuel Kant's grave stone mentions 'all' that he knew: 'the starry sky above him and the moral law within'. He proposes to the the right thing, which basiaclly that that if everybody did it, it would amount to the basis for a Universal Law. Also to never use thoughts and action as a means to an end, but for their own virtue.

In this sense his philosophy meets Karma, because Hindu religion does not imply that we must do the right thing in order for a generous payback.

The biblical Immanuel  pertains to a Saviour living among his People. And thus in ourselves as well, I believe.

The Buddha, after a long path of moral inaptidude, suggests mindfulness and suffering to conclude not to hurt any sentient being, not even oneself.

So, this poem is my Easter Message that we have a choice to live on after our final death.

Kant and Buddha meet Karma and Immanuel There underneath the fertile soil rests a karmic message Hewn into marble stone or written on a lonely cross Engraved or burnt on the Ganges maybe thrown from Life’s ultimate journey mixing with a circuitous path Immanuel’s bible or Kant’s starry skies and moral law Foment consensus of what’s left when we demise Earthen windblown thoughtful similar in living on Oh my saviour do not lead me astray fill me with good Feed me virtue in thought and deed in cause and effect Death is a reflection of living when dying for change Eternity or maybe just another passing to new generation And at that time the Buddha enters the fray from under The fig tree which exudes not to hurt any sentient being Hallowed guidance knows no boundaries and death lives on 01st April 2018
