Just Some Dumb Lyric's I Wrote..

In a flowered room filled to the rim,she counts her blessings and then she goes to a place where she won't have to hear the world's expectations. If she knew, if she tried, they tell her she's a hopeless case; but she thinks the world's all a lie and she won't believe it. (CHORUS) : Can you teach her how to live can you try; or push her off the ledge and expect her to fly. No mother before her to teach her grace or show her how. No father to love and now she's lost in the world and it's crowd. Her child has become the center of her world but she doesn't know how he's to grow, as she sits in a room alone away from a world so cold. (CHORUS) He grows up just like her, and he's all alone too, sometimes he starts to wonder how his mom got through. He sits alone in a flowered room where she used to pray, hoping he can make it through the pain and gloom of another day. (CHORUS): Can you teach him how to live, can you try; or push him off the ledge and expect him to fly. When the world comes into play each must play a role, when the curtains close the stage don't forget the lost souls. (CHORUS): Can you teach them how to live, can you try; or push them off the ledge and expect them to fly....
