Just Remember

JUST REMEMBER If ever you feel lonely or down, And your not sure what to, Close your eyes and take a deep breath, Remember a very happy, special day, When things were good for you, Remember who you were with, that special place, That holds special memories, Family, friends, that familiar face. Hold on to the special memories, Of all our loved ones, so dear, We should treasure them forever, Always in our hearts and in our minds so clear.

This is a very practical tip for changing our mood from a state of gloom to a cheerful disposition. Life cannot always be unpleasant. There are happy occasions in life. Bring them to mind, cherish them and recreate those joyful occasions and bring back to life the faces of all you love.. So nice, Jeanette !

It's hard for me to do this. I focus so much on my discomforts. But it would be lovely to learn the secret of really digging into one's memory and reliving the joyful times.
